We’re sorry your order didn’t work out, so let us make things right. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on idiclothing.com for return or exchange. A full refund will be issued if returned within 7 days after order received.
PLEASE NOTE: All garments must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date or may be charged 10% restocking fee for returns. All “FINAL SALE” items are not qualified for exchange, return, refund, or store credits.
You’ve got 3 simple options:
- Store Credit:
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our fulfillment Center with 7 days of your original order shipment date (as shown on your shipping confirmation). Exchange must be received within 15 days.
Items Not Eligible For Refund:
- Items marked as FINAL SALE.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Return received in damaged/worn condition.
- Returns received after 15 days of the original order shipment date.
Item Eligible For Store Credit Only:
Returns received by IDI between 16 to 30 days after the original order shipment date (as shown on your shopping confirmation). Late returns may have the 10% restock fee deducted in total amount. Final Sale items are not eligible for store credit.
Full Refund: Once garment is received we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days. Shipping and handling costs (if any) will not be refunded. Please note that buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is as result of our mistake, defects or damages.
Store Credit: If your package is qualified for store credit, our customer service team will email you a gift card for your next purchase.
What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?
Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you’re returning, Or if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you’ll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Step 1: Select your order, select your item(s), and let us know if you like to return or exchange. Please Click Here to learn more about return instructions.
Step 2: Print your shipping label (we’ll email the return label to your email after your request is approved). The return cost will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the shipping fees.
Step 3: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition and with tags attached) and the order invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. (if you misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Account, and click on your Order History, select the right order number and print it out.)
Step 4: Send it off. Affix your printed shipping label on your package (make sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Jot down the tracking number so you can follow its’ journey.
For US Post Office:
- Take your package to a US Post Office. Find location here.
- Be aware that giving your package to a USPS carrier or leaving it in a USPS collection box or your residential mailbox may add additional transit time and cause delay in processing your return.
- Take your package to a FedEx Store. Find location here.
- Be aware that leaving your package in a FedEx drop box or giving it to a FedEx Ground driver may add additional transit time and cause delays in processing your return.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 2 to 7 days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center. We’ll email you once we process your return or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: if you choose to pay for your own shipping instead of using the return label IDI Clothing provides, we strongly encourage you to insure your package and request a tracking number. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our return label, and your return shipping cost cannot be reimbursed.
